Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
Welcome to the Artistry Unleashed Performance (AUP) CUP 2026 participant portal. By registering an account, accessing the dashboard, or submitting any data to our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
These terms govern your participation in the international competition organized by the Student Senate (SEMA) of the Faculty of Technology & Design (FTD) and the Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities (FISH) at Universitas Bunda Mulia.
1. Account Registration and Identity Verification
To participate in any competition category, you must create a centralized participant account.
- Accuracy of Data: You represent that all provided information, including your Full Name, Student Identification Number (NIM), and academic institution, is strictly accurate and matches your official identification documents.
- Identity Verification: Valid digital scans of your Student ID Card (KTM) or International Student Card must be uploaded in the specified formats (.pdf, .png, or .jpg) prior to proceeding with registration and payment.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining strong password hygiene (minimum 8 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). The organizing committee is not liable for data breaches resulting from compromised user credentials.
2. Payment Protocols and Manual Verification
The platform utilizes a manual verification system for all competition registration fees.
- Exact Transfers: Participants must transfer the exact amount specified for their selected competition category (e.g., IDR 100,000 for E-Sports, IDR 150,000 for Business Plan) to the official Universitas Bunda Mulia account or via the provided QRIS gateway.
- Proof of Payment: Uploaded receipts must clearly display the transfer amount, transaction date, and sender information.
- Review Process: Submitted receipts are subject to manual administrative review. Blurry, modified, or unreadable receipts will result in rejection, requiring the participant to re-upload valid documentation to secure their registration status.
3. Submission Center and Competition Integrity
All competition entries, preliminary proposals, and final pitch decks must be submitted through the dedicated Dashboard Submission Center.
- File Constraints: Submissions must strictly adhere to the designated file formats (e.g., .pdf, .ppt, .pptx) and platform upload limits, such as the 15MB to 20MB maximum capacity for presentation decks.
- Statement of Originality: For Arts and Academic categories, participants are required to download, sign, and upload the official "Statement of Originality" template to validate the authenticity of their work.
- Rulebook Compliance: All submissions and participant conduct are bound by the official AUP CUP 2026 Master Guidebook and the Hybrid Seminar Code of Conduct. Violations of these technical rules and scoring criteria may result in immediate disqualification.
4. Account Termination and Danger Zone
- Voluntary Deletion: You retain the right to delete your participant account by sending email to [email protected]
- Consequences of Deletion: Executing an account deletion is irreversible. Doing so will result in the immediate forfeiture of all active competition registrations and the permanent revocation of dashboard access.
5. Modifications to the Service
The AUP CUP 2026 administration reserves the right to modify the event timeline, technical meetings, and dashboard availability. Official updates will be exclusively published through the dashboard announcement feed and official coordination channels.
