Welcome to the Artistry Unleashed Performance (AUP) CUP 2026 platform. This Privacy Policy outlines how the Student Senate (SEMA) of the Faculty of Technology & Design (FTD) and the Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities (FISH) at Universitas Bunda Mulia ("we," "our," or "us") collect, use, and securely protect your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when you register for and participate in our international talent and culture competition.
2. Information We Collect
To facilitate your participation and maintain the integrity of our verification protocols, we securely collect only the following explicit data points during registration:
- Full Name (as stated on official IDs).
- Student Identification Number (NIM) or International Student ID.
- Personal Email Address (utilized strictly for official coordination).
- Digital Scans of Student ID Cards (KTM) or International Student Cards (processed exclusively for participant verification).
- Instagram and Line ID (Optional).
Data Compliance Note: We explicitly do not collect, request, or store personal telephone numbers (including WhatsApp numbers) within our database architecture.
3. Strict Data Usage and Non-Disclosure
Your data is provisioned exclusively for the administrative execution of AUP CUP 2026. This is strictly limited to verifying participant eligibility across universities and issuing E-Certificates.
We enforce a strict non-disclosure protocol: Under no circumstances will your PII be sold, rented, distributed, or exposed to any third-party entities, marketing agencies, or external vendors.
4. Data Security and Retention
We implement robust, industry-standard cryptographic and access-control measures to prevent unauthorized access to your uploaded files (e.g., ID scans). All sensitive documents are isolated on secure cloud servers. Participant verification data will be systematically purged from our active databases within 90 days following the concluding Awarding Night on June 17, 2026, retaining only anonymized statistical data for future event planning.
5. Media and Publication Rights
By participating in AUP CUP 2026, you grant the organizing committee the right to record, photograph, and publish competition footage (including Seminar appearances and E-Sports streams) across our official social media channels (@aupcup) solely for promotional and historical documentation purposes.
