Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: March 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the financial terms and conditions regarding registration fees for the Artistry Unleashed Performance (AUP) CUP 2026. By completing a manual bank transfer or QRIS payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.
1. Finality of Payment (Non-Refundable Clause)
- No Refunds: All registration fees paid for any competition category—including but not limited to Business Plan, Band Cover, Dance Cover, Story Telling, Mobile Legends, and Valorant—are strictly non-refundable.
- Irrevocable Transactions: Once a manual transfer is executed or a QRIS scan is completed, the transaction is considered final. No requests for refunds will be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to participant withdrawal, team dissolution, or scheduling conflicts.
2. Payment Rejection and Correction
- Rejected Proof of Payment: If your payment receipt is rejected by the admin due to being blurry, unreadable, or providing incorrect transaction details, your registration status will remain "Rejected" or "Pending".
- No Refund for Rejection: Rejection of a payment receipt does not entitle the participant to a refund. Participants are required to re-upload a valid and clear proof of transfer to secure their slot without additional costs, provided the initial transfer was successful.
3. Disqualification and Conduct
- Violation of Rules: Any participant or team disqualified for violating the Master Guidebook, engaging in fraud, or displaying toxic behavior will forfeit their registration fee.
- E-Sports Integrity: Specifically for Valorant and Mobile Legends, teams found using unauthorized third-party software or illegal substitutes (smurfing) will be disqualified immediately without any right to a refund.
4. Event Modifications and Force Majeure
- Schedule Changes: The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust competition timelines or technical meeting schedules. Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or major technical infrastructure failure), the committee may postpone the event. Registration fees will be carried forward to the rescheduled date and will not be refunded.
5. Team Responsibilities
- Error in Transfer: The committee is not responsible for transfers made to the wrong account or for amounts exceeding the designated fee. Excess payments are non-refundable and will be treated as a contribution to the event's administration.
